The organization has two cash desks. Cash desk of the Senior Cashier and cash desk of the Simple Cashier. The decision to issue funds is made only by the Senior Cashier. The senior cashier can issue funds on his own or direct them for issuance to the Simple Cashier

The system works successfully and allows CEOs to track and plan expenses. Department directors and rank-and-file employees write money requests and report on expenditures.
The development started with the study of all the interactions between the roles: General Director, Cashier, Director, Employee. Site administrator. The complexity of the work was that the principle of the system is fundamentally different from typical Internet banking and there are no analogues of such a system in the public domain and it was not possible to study the principles of working with ready-made examples
At the design stage, the main task was to make a convenient, understandable and universal interface for all user roles without piling a large number of templates. And most importantly, the interface should be visually appealing. Vector print application solutions, user pictograms and section icons, and dash balance and debt levels successfully solve the visual appeal problem
The main advantage of the system is that the total balances and filtering of the amounts of applications, personal balances of directors and cashiers are calculated dynamically on functions and not on intermediate arithmetic static calculations. Final reports and results are formed from the initial applications in which they appeared as the sender or recipient. Since the architecture of intermediate static calculations is unreliable.
The administrator section allows you to register users and also activate users with self-registration. And also set a confidence limit on the amount of the application.
